Dan sold me a superb used Kohno Pro J classical guitar at an excellent price.  It was precisely as he described it--no unpleasant surprises as I've had with other Internet guitar sellers.  At nine years old, it sounds stronger and clearer than any new Kohno I've ever played.

The process of buying the guitar was easy and smooth.  It was packaged very well in an oversized box to essentially eliminate the possibility of shipping damage.

Dan typically responded within a few hours or less to most of my emails, something I really appreciate when buying on the Internet.

Overall, I felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a
retailer.   If I ever need another guitar, the first place I will look
is his website.
